Reconstructed in 2014. Originally built as the Fog Signal Building in 1890, lighthouse keepers recognized quickly that it was built too close to the dwelling. It was moved to the northwest portion of the grounds in 1904, and was used as a Ware house until being town down in the 1920s.

Today it is home to the Straits of Mackinac Shipwreck Museum, which shares the story of of ships and sailors lost in the Straits.
